The 55X4500 has Motionflow Pro 100Hz, is specially design to reduce blur by increasing the number of frames per second. A special feature of Motionflow Pro 100HZ as opposed to the standard Motionflow feature on other Sony LCD televisions, is that is uses the new Backlight Blinking technology which improves performance making your picture even smoother.

With such a wide contrast ratio, dark colours and blacks appear far more distinct and different levels of darkness can be defined and distinguished between.

The Sony KDL55X4500 is also dlna compatible, enabling you to share multimedia content throughout your home. The 55X4500 features an Ethernet port which gives you numerous choices for wired or wireless connections to your home network system. With dlna you are able to stream film, music and pictures from your PC in another room through you the big screen in the living room, making it even easier to share your media with your friends and family.
